Seaport-E

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is the U.S. Navy’s contract vehicle of choice to procure all future engineering, technical, logistics, program management and financial support services. It is an ID/IQ (indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) awarded by NAVSEA, with rolling admissions, partitioned into seven nationwide geographic zones. This vehicle supports all cost reimbursable contract types with the exception of T&M and sole source contracts.

Brockwell Technologies, Inc. is a SeaPort-e contract holder in all seven geographic regions.

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy System Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

SeaPort-e MACs provide vehicles to procure engineering, technical, and programmatic services for authorized users through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle – technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.
